5. Benefit Cost Analysis and Earned Value Concepts (Relevant government requirement: Earned Value Management and Cost Estimates, Managing Project Risks)


Journeyman Level

1. Project Scheduling Methods: Critical Chain, Agile, and Earned Schedule
2. Program Management Using Earned Value
3. IT Project Management
4. Cost Benefit and Cost Effectiveness Analysis with Benefit Value Scoring (BVS)

All of the above courses are provided by a PMI Registered Education Provider(R.E.P.) and can provide a PMP with 18 Professional Development Units (PDU).


ABC's of Project Management

The ABC’s of Project Management is designed to allow a diverse group of participants to attend the same class and not become bored or feel intimidated.
